Product Overview:
It is a serum-free and Xeno-free medium specifically designed to support the expansion of cytokine-induced killer cells (CIK cells) from human peripheral mo nonu clear cells (PBMCs). CIK expansion kit including Nobimpex 007 medium and activating factors.

Application:

Ready to use. 
The medium kit has been optimized for the growth of CIK  cells from PBMC. It also can be used to expand T  cells from PBMCs or isolated CD3+ cells.

Feature:

• No need to add serum during the culture.
• Support robust CIK cells expansion  for 14 days or 21 days  in culture with  flask or bag.
• Expanded CIK cells exhibit strong cytotoxicity against tumor cells.
